How Can Windows Repair Registry Problems?

I am a teacher and my favorite subject to teach kids is computer sciences. Since I teach elementary school children, much of my explaining has to be done in very simple terminology. I was asked this week why a little girl kept having a popup on her computer that says “Window’s registry problem.” I decided to explain to her the whole concept of a computer registry and use the whole lesson to help their little minds discover this simple fact. Then it hit me, most of their parents probably do not know what a registry is! I know I didn’t until I researched it for a class of mine in my 3rd year of college.  It really is a simple concept that can help keep computers running well.

Basically the registry carried and holds the information the computer receives. This would include data from the hardware and software. Sometimes this data gets cluttered or overrun. In order to fix this, we use a thing called a Windows repair registry. This will order the registry and give the system a boost of energy, so to speak. Your computer won’t frustrate you so much because it will run smoothly! I like to think after I explained this that the children were able to go home and help their families have more advanced and quickened computers! Whatever the case, I hope this has helped you be able to know your computer better and enjoy the use of your computer more readily and with less frustration.
